Our Expanded Learning Programs
ProYouth provides comprehensive afterschool programs at elementary, middle and high school sites throughout Tulare County. Our programs are funded by a combination of California’s After School Education and Safety (ASES) grants, federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers dollars, school district investments and foundation and corporate contributions. All of our programs operate from the time school is out until 6:00pm every day during the school year and are offered free of charge to participating students. Our proven approach creates a positive learning environment that integrates youth development principles, provides academic support and focuses on innovative Project-based Learning experiences.

The Insight ProgramRooted in gang prevention education as part of a partnership with law enforcement agencies, the Insight Program has evolved to support student growth through digital media and service learning projects.
